When I login it says I need to upgrade to access certain downloads?
There could be several reasons why you can't access your downloads.
The most common reason is you created an account using a different email that is different from the email you entered in the checkout page, or you might have made a typo.
To troubleshoot this, try creating an account again here and be sure to enter the exact same email that you entered when you made your payment. If you're having any issues with that, try it in an incognito window, on another browser, or try clearing your cache and cookies.
