- Did I get charged for both basic and unlimited rights?
- When I login it says I need to upgrade to access certain downloads?
- I bought the Transfer Rights to the features so I could use them on a different beat, where can I get my license?
- Is it possible to put the features on a different beat that wasn't in the pack?
- I upgraded to get the Trackouts and/or WAV but I can't find them, I can only see mp3s
